Are the plugins really free?
Yes — and always will be. Every plugin is fully functional on its own with nothing gated behind a paywall. No account, no licence key, no catch. You only pay if you want the platform to manage your sites for you.
What do the paid plans cost?
The plugins are free. The platform — the dashboard that manages all your sites in one place — is €1 per site per month on Platform, or €5 per site per month on Platform Pro, both billed annually. Pro adds included monthly AI credits and the advanced tools. The modest per-site fee is what keeps the service running and supported.
What are AI credits?
Credits cover your use of the INI AI assistant — the helper that reviews your sites and suggests updates, audits and fixes. On Platform you buy credits when you need them; Platform Pro includes a monthly allowance plus cheaper top-up packs. If you never use the assistant, you never need credits.
Plugins
Do the plugins work without the platform?
Completely. Each plugin is fully featured on its own — no account or connection required. The platform is an optional extra that simply adds a dashboard view across your sites. Remove it and nothing breaks; you just lose that overview.
How do updates work?
Just like any other plugin. New versions show up in your normal WordPress dashboard, ready to install in one click — straight from us, with no licence keys or manual downloads. If you've turned on WordPress auto-updates, they'll apply on their own; otherwise it's a one-click update whenever you're ready.
Platform
How does the platform connect to my sites?
You add a small free plugin to each site (or let us set it up for you). After that, the platform checks in with each site over a secure, private connection to keep your dashboard current. Your sites only ever respond to requests the platform can prove are genuine.
Is the AI assistant safe to use?
Yes — it suggests, you decide. The assistant can recommend actions, but anything that changes your site waits for your approval first. You're always in control.
Security
Will the security plugin block the platform?
No. SecurityWP and the platform are designed to work together — tightening up your site never gets in the way of the dashboard managing it. You get strong protection and smooth management at the same time.
